About Nordic IT Rental
Nordic IT Rental was established in 2011, but already a few years before our establishment, we started renting out the first equipment. Our first customer was COP15 – the Climate Summit in Bellacentret in 2009.
Subsequently, we started an independent company, which came to be called Nordic IT Rental. Today, 8 years later, we have 9 employees and Denmark’s largest supplier of IT rental products for business.
Idea and values
Random inquiries and an excessively large warehouse were the start of a company whose goal is to get the most out of IT equipment and at the same time protect the environment.
By renting out IT equipment, we can firstly help companies with a basic need by being able to rent out a larger amount of the same IT equipment for a shorter period. In this way, the companies avoid having to go out and invest in equipment, which will most likely end up in a warehouse and not benefit either the company or the environment.
When the equipment is finished being used for rental, the equipment is sold on a second-hand market and then comes back into permanent use.
We constantly respond to our customers’ inquiries and constantly purchase “new” refurbished units for rental. The majority of our equipment is refurbished equipment from Apple, Lenovo, HP etc.
Few conference centers and organizers have hardware of that magnitude. Of course, it does not pay to buy for only two days, and it can become unmanageable to borrow. That’s why we chose to rent.
